Policy Highlights

  • Returns: 30-day return window from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method after inspection. Allow 4–6 weeks for processing.

  • Return Shipping Fee: $50 for full-size products; actual cost for accessories or smaller items. Outbound shipping may also be deducted.

  • Warranty: 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Exclusions: Misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Shipping & Returns

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MoveHx purchase. If you’re not, you may return your product within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, email support@movehx.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all components and manuals included. Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing.
  • Refunds may be reduced by applicable fees (see below).

Return Shipping & Fees

  • For full-size product returns, a $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Note: if you are exchanging for a different size or similar item, this fee may be waived.
  • For accessories or smaller items, return shipping will be charged at actual cost and deducted from the refund.
  • Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

MoveHx warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, under normal use and when used according to instructions. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered

  • Repair or replacement, at MoveHx’s discretion, of defective parts or components.
  • Normal defects in manufacturing or assembly.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by anyone not authorized by MoveHx.
  • Normal wear and tear (such as cosmetic scratches, fading, or minor surface damage).
  • Damage occurring during shipping unless reported immediately upon delivery.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service:

  1. Email support@movehx.com with your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  2. Include photos if possible to help us assess the problem.
  3. If approved, MoveHx will repair or replace the defective part or product.MoveHx covers the cost of parts and labor.
  • MoveHx covers the cost of parts and labor.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping the product to MoveHx or an authorized service center, unless otherwise agreed.
